Trying to get an appointment is like trying to find a needle in a haystack-time consuming, frustrating and a very slim possibility of getting anywhere. Once there you are then told by someone who is unlikely to be qualified that the reason you are calling is not an emergency so you will have to try again tomorrow.

Suggested improvements
Start treating your patients with a bit of human decency and maybe they won’t get irate down the phone. Remember they are phoning because they want advice from a medical practitioner they could be scared, worried, anxious yet you treat them like a nuisance.
