I wonder how my dad would cope with the competition for getting appointments when you only deal with a set amount of people a day. It seems to me that pressing a button to go through to one service and then sometimes a second button to go through to a receptionist before you can be spoken to by a nurse or clinician seems a waste of time why don't we just cut out their receptionist

I think your receptionists should be seen clearly and not partly hid by a computer screen
