This has improved of late. Still have to spend a long time waiting on the telephone to get through. Welcome blood tests being done at the surgery wherever possible.

Suggested improvements
The receptionist was abrupt and I found her manner very rude. The display screen to register arrival indicated that there was a problem and go to reception. She said it had registered and I went inside. I came out again to ask which number waiting area to go to and was told, very abruptly, area 3. What a pity as your reception staff have been so more accommodating of late!!!! The nurse who took my blood test for my PSA was very accommodating and recognised my 100 year old father who was waiting with me and struck up a lovely caring conversation with him. She also enquired about a query I had for a forthcoming visit to Kings Lynn hospital. Excellent. Thank you.
