Havinhg just attended the Surgery and seen by Nurse Kelly I found her attitude, her mannerisam and her total aspect of listening and care offered was exemplary in every detail. It really was a breath of fresh air and I hope she stays and I get to see her when needed.

Nothing because if I said I would welcome a hug I know I would be pushing it.
