Very difficult to get through by telephone and if you work and do not have access to a mobile phone impossible to get a call back.If you are lucky enough to get an appointment it is nearly always with a nurse practitioner and not a doctor and have been told to attend the minor injury department at the local hospital who then rang the doctor's and got me an appointment when I couldn't

A complete overhaul of the appointment telephone system instead of sitting on the telephone for up to 35minutes and sometimes being cut off and having to start again
