Sometimes it’s really hard to get an appointment to talk to anyone, but thankfully this time I got through and got a call back for triage and I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful caring and understanding person, especially considering how sensitive it all was, I cannot thank her enough.

On this occasion I don’t think anything could have been done any better.
