Was able to get an appointment for that day, was seen by the doctor , given a prescription took to reception got my medication. Very good service

Staff are polite and straight to the point, medical staff are friendly and professional. Doctor listened to my thoughts but gave advice to agree plan of action. Nurses are professional, friendly and banter with me well. This is appreciated. All staff are professional and don’t employ woke rubbish in front of me. Signs of professionalism. Keep it up!!!

Unfortunately the layout of the building does not help with this, we lease the building so structural changes are not within our gift

Unfortunately demand outstrips capacity and we do not have a large enough surgery to employ and further healthcare professionals
