Byfield Surgery in my experience is opposite to what you hear on the news, not as though you can believe what the news tells you.

I would prefer to go back to system where you can book appointments on line a few days ahead rather than ringing on day

Unfortunately we found that a high percentage of people booking in advance online did not turn up for their appointments meaning that we then have even fewer available appointments

I rang and was able to get an appointment within the next 2hours! Dr was very personable and I felt listened to. I have clear next steps coming from that appointment.
