The care provided by the surgery is very good.
We have changed the booking system to enable patients to book two weeks in advance (still a limited number of appointments) the problem with this is that a lot of patients either get better or forget their appointments despite a text reminder and then do not turn up wasting appointments, of those booked in advance 20% have not attended
Liked the new booking system didn't have to hang on and listing to music nothing
I got an appointment after a short wait in the morning and was seen on time.

Did get an appointment easily this time which shocked me as normally it is a nightmare.
Receptionist are over rude a generally unhelpful
Please download the NHS app as you are able to book online through this. In terms of the receptionist being rude and unhelpful please call to make an appointment with our Practice Manager to discuss
It is always hard to get appointment unless you are in with the doctor
