Unfortunately I am unsure how we can make it any easier to get an appointment - we offer as many appointments as we are able to with the number of consulting rooms we have available. We are full everyday of the week and do not have anymore rooms to be able to offer any more appointments.

Just keep doing what you’re doing and, remember, no one wants to be unwell and feeling they have to visit the surgery….so patience and empathy is key (even though this must be hard when so busy!!)
