Contacted Bridge View Medical through Klinik, waited for the doctor to call. 2 days later receive a text message saying self refer yourself to the NHS talking therapies - in other words go off yourself somewhere else, you dont even matter enough for a 2 minute phone call. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to ask for help to begin with? Disgusting and shameful 'service' all they've done is make the situation worse.

Care enough to actually talk to people who need help instead of dismiss them. Its your job.

Answer thee telephone quicker by getting more staff, as more people are using the online form to get in touch with the surgery - why does it take so long to get through on the telephone ? Could it be that you are NOT employing so many people? (A question that will never be answered, I'll bet.

I asked for an urgent appointment with my A Asthma nurse and have been given an appointment for 4 weeks later. I need help and I’m not allowed to access any help I really need to speak to someone about my condition now. But I’m not allowed access to any help at all

I had a number of sessions with a Health and Wellbeing coach, Lucy, and found them really beneficial. I was stuck in a rut and being able to talk things through helped me to see my issues more clearly.

I have been poorly for a few weeks and have had to see a GP several times. Each time I managed to get an appointment, the GP’s were very caring and compassionate, tested me out and listened to my problems. The staff at the surgeries were also helpful and kind. Brilliant surgery, brilliant GP’s, brilliant staff, thank you.
