Everything was very easy in terms of organisation and the treatment was carried out at the correct time by an excellent professional.

Nothing really as I did not have to involve Reception and I was taken into the surgery promptly for my treatment. Everywhere was clean and well done maintained so absolutely nothing to improve.

When ringing at 8am to ask for an appt, just told where I am in the queue and they will ring back. They didn't ring back so now have to try again tomorrow. I don't need an appt the same day ...just the next day or so .

Just make it easier to get a non urgent appt.

The blood nurse booked at my last appointment

Once again I had been booked a face to face appointment with messages to back that up, but the nurse called me while sitting in the waiting room for a telephone consultation, so something on your system isn't working

The nurse who did Pamela's blood test went above and beyond when she realised she couldn't hear the result over the phone. She not only made a ftf appointment with Mike the pharmacist but also helped her with bus times etc when she next has to visit

Perhaps I could have had the results sent to me (sister) by text or phone as it is in Pamela's records that I deal with her appointments.
