I got the very last appointment with Dr Middleton for that day having rung dead on 8 o’clock. I was lucky but many others wouldn’t have been

The only way to improve is to have more doctors and I realise it’s difficult to achieve this

The whole team at Billingshurst surgery are fantastic. The consultations and treatment from the doctors and nurses is excellent and any queries/appointments/follow up appointments are resolved quickly, efficiently and kindly by the reception/office staff. I think it is a great thing that you show your stats on a screen in the waiting area because it tells the public how much you do and the volume of patients you are dealing with. You all do an amazing job.

I had an appointment for a B12 injection (which I have every 12 weeks). I normally ring the surgery 3 weeks beforehand to book the appointment - which has always worked well. I did not need to engage with the Receptionists as i booked in using the wall machine.
