The whole experience was 11/10. All very organised and Dr Saunders and Frankie were absolutely amazing bedside manner. I felt really cared for, and so much genuine empathy and consideration to my appointment and procedure. Thank you.

The appointment was delayed but I see that as acceptable and normal for a busy surgery and Charlotte apologies so no effect on the rating from me

As I was contacted to make the appt on line it was very easy.

Not you but the results on the Patient app are hard to understand. It would be nice if they were.

Initially no appointments available but when the situation was explained an appointment was found quickly

Very pleased with the outcome. But it would have been a long wait for the next appointment (blood test) if I’d stuck with the original date offered
