Everything was spot on , I just couldn’t open the link sent to me so I phoned appointments again and they sorted it

I find the NHS app comes in and is unavailable at times . It would be very useful to both patients and surgery staff if patience could have a short lesson about the App or for dummies type instructions one could look over and try out .

The whole experience was 11/10. All very organised and Dr Saunders and Frankie were absolutely amazing bedside manner. I felt really cared for, and so much genuine empathy and consideration to my appointment and procedure. Thank you.

The appointment was delayed but I see that as acceptable and normal for a busy surgery and Charlotte apologies so no effect on the rating from me

As I was contacted to make the appt on line it was very easy.

Not you but the results on the Patient app are hard to understand. It would be nice if they were.
