To answer this question faithfully...(Not related to this visit, which was swiftly planned following an e-form consultation), I tried to contact the surgery by phone to report an infection at 0800, used the "keep your place in queue" callback service and was advised at 0829 that all appointments had gone and I should go to Horsham Hospital to seek help. That wasn't the service I was hoping for. I chose to phone 111, who were able to arrange a remote consultation and prescribe antibiotics.
The whole experience was a joy. This Surgery is very well organised.
I had a blood test yesterday and was asked to make an appointment to follow up the results. One of the doctors text me this morning asking me to make an appointment to discuss my cholesterol. I phoned the surgery to be told there are no appointments available to phone back tomorrow morning and try again. I’ve just done an online message to the surgery and that’s come back saying they will be in touch by Friday this week.
I have had nothing but friendly , helpful visits at billingshurst surgery and I am very thankful
