Because all appointments gone and long queue and sometimes you get cut of when in queue

More appointments even if you want to book a week later all gone and hard to see own doctor

It’s just so busy it’s difficult to get an appointment

Some of my blood results have come back in one day which is a great service but other blood results are not due back until 20th April! This is unusual and I wanted to understand the reason for this. I am particularly keen to know my latest result for PSA. I look forward to some feedback thank you

Booking an appointment is like playing the lottery. I had to wait a week for this appointment. This was not the first consultation about my condition but there seems little concern about continuity of care.

Better triage at the first appointment would have improved my course of treatment considerably.

My views are very good.staff at the front desk are very good,And do there best to help you with anything. Some times it is hard to get an appointment by phone as the time slot is only 1hr.

The only thing I could suggest but may not be possible, to help with the busy patients trying to get an appointment
