I was sent an automated message that my annual review was due. I could also book an appointment via the link given for the next day
The nurse was wonderful and I had a very good experience.
Sadly this has not been my families experience in getting a normal appointment which is stressful and virtually impossible.
• Litter in the waiting room. Used masks on the floor. People waiting not wearing masks.
• Receptionists too loud - I listened to interesting conversations, from my seat in the waiting area, about one man's wife's health and a young girls mental health problems.
• The appointment phone service is much better with the call back service. But the difficulty and odd time restraints when making appts in advance is unfathomable to your customers. A patient came out of surgery and had been asked to make a follow up appt but was told by reception he couldn't make an appt until the following morning!
It’s very difficult getting an appointment, however when you do get seen the drs are always extremely nice and helpful
I waited for about 15 mins when I called for an appointment. But I was seen on the same day. On my arrival to the surgery at 17:15, the surgery looked clean and I was called by a nurse within 1 minute.
I believe her name is Laura. She lisyen to what I had to say and gave me some advices.
Very difficult to get an appointment with a doctor and lines are always busy. But I am sure you are very aware of the problem.
