Because it is not easy, especially since you cannot get appointments on line any more.

I was contacted by the surgery following my annual review to make an appt. Eventually succeeded. Arrived following 2 or 3 unnecessary text reminders and the nurse started to give me an annual review…again. Complete waste of my time and the surgery’s time, nurse was not particularly apologetic that I was there for a follow up, not another annual review 3 months after the last one. When I enquired how this mix up could have occurred she neither knew nor seemed to care. It would worry me if I worked in a surgery where the systems are clearly not robust.

It’s a little frustrating that non emergency appointments can’t easily be booked in advance and you have to follow the same procedure for emergency appointments

I really think the medical services still poor at this day after we pass covid era but the professional doing the best they can.

I work for years counselling, dealing with human people, that human touch it is lost on thus days, if you guys knows how important it is the human touch to made the patient feel secure and in good hands, it will be better. Everything it is by phone or send the patients to ask the pharmacy, when they are not a qualified doctors or consultant, we need to bring back the faith in our medical system.
