I really think the medical services still poor at this day after we pass covid era but the professional doing the best they can.
Normally, you have to phone at 8 am on the dot, but there's always a long call queue. How do so many callers get there before you when you've called absolutely ON THE DOT OF 8 am??
However, on this occasion, I was lucky as my appointment was made by Nurse Jane during an update call she made to me. Jane "always delivers" ... she's friendly, efficient and professional. A real asset to the Practice!
Also, my appointment was for 11.05 am and that is exactly when I was called in.
Not enough appointments available each day
Had to ask my wife to make appointment as profoundly deaf - would rather make it myself direct
I have used the NHS app and always got an appointment. When I needed a blood test the receptionist was very helpful.
I always ask to see Charlotte for my bloods and she is always brilliant.
