Obviously, not to have too much of a wait time for an appointment would be nice, for me it worked well and I was pleased that I waited for an appointment at the surgery rather than go elsewhere.

I had to wait quite a few weeks for an appointment for a blood test

When you get to see a clinician the service is very good. Both the GP and the HCA were extremely kind professional and efficient. It's off putting reading only one thing to be discussed in your appointment....the symptoms may be connected and relivent!!

Update your information. I tried for an hour to book on line. I eventually called the surgery and asked if there was anything wrong with the system as I couldn't book on line . I was told nothing was wrong and that they put a message up when all appointments have gone ...I booked over the phone . I was told by the GP,when I eventually got an appointment, that you need to call surgery to make an appointment with the exception of bloods! So poor communication and very frustrating and stressful.
