Areeba was not only prepared to discuss the 2 primary MSK issues I had, but was willing to discuss more general issues that I have that impact these issues and the way I am able or unable to respond to the problems. These largely come from the effect that having to care full time for my wife who has Alzheimers. I feel this discussion was the first time someone was prepared to take the time in a face-to-face meeting to discuss the impact of my wifes condition has on me snd her. I would like to say a big thank you to her for this - it meant a lot to me

I have always found Billingshurst surgery to be there when needed. Always a pleasure from start to finish. Receptionists friendly and helpful, pointing you in the right direction if unable to offer appointment. Drs/ nurses are cheerful, professional, informative and listen. Granted no one ever wishes to go to the Drs but if you have to its a good experience and resolve health issues.

There was a bit of mix up with my appointment being face to face or telephone. I was at the surgery Ange a receptionist soon sorted it out and helped with another matter. Have to say I find the receptionists friendly and very helpful. Think they do a great job in difficult circumstances and with demanding patients
