High demand and probably not enough doctors.
Yesterday I came for a blood test. My appointment was on time and the phlebotomist obviously experienced.
Trying to get a doctor’s appointment seems impossible. I’ve had an e consult but not with a GP from the surgery. I’ve also been given a Nurse Practitioner appointment. As a new patient I would have liked to have discussed some of my health concerns with a GP.
Not impressed with being left in tears in pain and told phone back tomorrow.
Overall there are some things that seem to run very smoothly but otherwise I’m really disappointed with the practice

The usual problem of having to call dead on 8am and hoping and waiting.
I was well looked after efficiently and with good humour.
Due to the volume of people trying to make appointments. It can take a while to get through.
