Nurse who saw me was brilliant, very patient and kind. Didn't need to wait long at all.
Suggested improvements
Make routine appointments (mine was a smear test) available to book online. I had avoided calling for a while because of the waiting times over the phone.

Thank you for your feedback, I am pleased that you had a positive experience with one of our nurses, unfortunately we do not have nurse appointments available to book online, but you can request one through our Econsult service. This can be found on our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, this service is available to complete a form between 7am and 10am. I have been suffering from diabetic leg ulcer’s for 9 months which didn’t show any significant improvement until I was persuaded to go into compression by Harriet Williams. I was reluctant to do this because of the pain, but Dr Middleton sorted pain relief and so I went into compression about 4 weeks ago and now my leg has almost healed and there is virtually no pain. I wish I had done it sooner. Thank you for the excellent treatment that you have provided to me. Regards David Wylie-Sporne.
