Appointments all gone if you phone at 8 by the time you get through none left.
Good morning, thank you for your feedback. Are you aware that we now offer an Econsult service, this service opens at 7am (closes at at 10am) for patients to submit forms requesting advice/appointments and admin based questions, it can be accessed through our website, (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app. Kind regards Billingshurst Surgery
This was a blood test appointment. I forgot the form which had been sent to me to state which tests were required. Luckily Frankie took my blood anyway and I returned with the form a while later. While this might seem minor, it is another example of how lucky Billingshurst are to have the lovely Franky and Charlotte on bloods, reviews etc. They make the whole experience much easier and are so friendly and helpful. The surgery seems to be improving. A long way to go, but good signs...

It's far too much of a lottery. I can right in onvthe dot of 8am, be told my position in the queue, and by the time I speak to a receptionist there are no available appointments.
My request might be urgent, or critical, it might not, but there seems to be no way of triaging this by the receptionist.
