This was a telephone appointment following my health in April. It would be better to have had the follow up closer to the review.

Blood tests, called for appointment, quickly sorted. On the day Gillian was friendly & ultra efficient, results back that night & confirming text from Dr Foster the next day to confirm no further actions necessary. A very slick transaction, I was impressed from beginning to end. Thank you!

Surgery is very busy. I appreciate that they are under pressure looking after thousands of patients. However, they do this with total professionalism and have always been there for me when needed. If I'm unable to get a quick appointment, I am always offered polite, helpful guidance. Reception team is always friendly and helpful. Nurses and Drs always listen and provide excellent care.

8am scramble for an appointment is hard but they have now started to book patients in for a 7 day appointment.
