There was a few weeks gap between talking about this and the appointment (although I now realise Lucy Case is only at Billingshurst on one day a week snd likely does not have many appointments on each if yjise days)

Excellent being able to book appointments online instead of waiting at 8am for the lines to open and often not being able to get an appointment. Much easier!

I’m a fairly new patient at the surgery and had a blood test there for the first time. I normally find it very painful (I thought maybe I had sensitive veins) but it was absolutely painless. I was very impressed with the nurse who carried out the blood test and if I need any further blood tests, I hope that I can book it with her. She is Chinese and I think her name is Blanche.
