Punctual and efficient service

Unfortunately I experienced severe pain in my left ear during the procedure .
The practitioner stopped and re arranged another appointment for 17/ August. I was advised to take paracetamols for the pain and seek Medical attention if it didn’t improve .
My ear is still tender today( 21/jul) and I will make an appointment to see my G.P
The procedure in my right ear was successfull , with a modicum of discomfort , but not actual pain

I was called in for a blood test for a review as I take a lot of medication and I’ve hit the 50 years old, lovely nurse and all went well, GP booked to discuss results

I find the staff at the surgery very helpful and kind. The nurses and doctors are always helpful.

Too many people in village for the service one expects from the surgery

Thank you for your feedback, if you are struggling or know someone who is struggling to get an appointment, we do now have our Econsult service that is available between 7am and 10am, this allows patients to submit a form requesting advice, appointments or admin based questions, it can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app. Many thanks Billingshurst Surgery
