Everything was ok with my appointment. Nurse was very nice. Appointments are not always easy to get especially with a particular doctor

This appointment was booked via a previous appointment so I never spoke to the Receptionist as I used self check in, the nurse I saw was lovely and very calming and knowledgeable, put me at ease

Once I found out the app had changed it was easy but I had to call in to find out
