I couldn’t get through on the phone so used the online symptom reporting form which was rather longwinded but I received an appointment within a couple of hours which was impressive. I just don’t think it was easy to use and many people especially older individuals would not manage it.
Suggested improvements
I appreciate the surgery is inundated with appointment requests but perhaps a simplified online system of booking could be developed?

I like the opportunity to make an appointment online via the app as it is much more efficient.

Made sure the checking in screen is fully functional upon arrival.

For this type of appointment it was very simple. I dropped in, in person to request it and the receptionist was very helpful.

The call was 30 mins , but I expected this, so no problem.
