Injace never had a problem getting an appointment. If injace had to wait, it did not cause me a problem.

On a few occasions when injace had to collect paperwork from reception it has not been ready despite being told it would be ready.

In extremely challenging times each and every member of the team is helpful, compassionate and understanding, all providing an exemplary service. It is evident that it is well led and proactive in challenges faced by our health care services today.

In the past I have had to make an appointment,can not manage to get through on the phone,by the time I do.They tell me all appointments are closed for the day.

I don’t blame the staff or doctors it must be the system.Maybe more doctors,less patients.To be truthful I don’t know what the answer is,but it has most definitely got worse since “COVID”

Telephone calls can take a while to get through but I love the option to select call me back so I don’t hold on for too long. When I explained my issue I got an appointment same day and a couple of days later my situation had worsened, this time a visit to the surgery. After pharmacy said to do that, also got an appointment the same day.

I can’t think of anything
