Receptionists are so rude and belittling at this medical centre. On numerous occasions I have rang up and the receptionist has been unnecessarily rude and does little to help. Apart from that the doctors seem great and helpful

This surgery can be good or bad depending on who is working which is extremely unfortunate. On a few occasions I have been greeted with rude and unfriendly receptionists which is completely unnesscessary. On the hole the majority of the doctors are very polite and helpful although again I have hade the misfortune of one very condescending male doctor. This clinic should think about improving its attitude towards thier patients.
