The reception staff (Janine) I took her name, was empathic and took my information sensitively and accurately, I felt heard and looked after.

The new phone system worked really well and I was given an appointment with the nurse in the Middleton surgery. Liz was very reassuring that my scar was healing and there was no infection. She gave me advice about how to care for the wound as I'd had no guidance from St Richards. It was very reassuring to know I am on the right track after major surgery. Thank you Liz.
