Appointments are not that easy to get but consultations are thorough and helpful in understanding one's condition and follow-up treatment.
Suggested improvements
With the present state of the NHS due to underfunding and consequent chronic under staffing it's pretty nigh impossible for you as a GP service to do anything differently.

It's quite easy to get an telephone appointment depending on what your situation is. The surgery do try and accommodate as best as they can. On the day appointment can be a little difficult sometimes.
Suggested improvements
Could try and give more on the day face to face appointments instead of telephone consultation especially when it comes to children health.
