I have no complaints about anything in The avisford middleton practice ,the reciopnists are really friendly and helpful. Also on the occasion I have an appointment at the yapton surgery reciopnists are always pleasant and helpful .The Dr's are really good as well. Overall a really good practice .

Sometimes the waiting time on the phone is frustrating.

Easier to go to the surgery to book appointments. The phone system is very frustrating, always seem to be so many calls ahead and a long wait

I was told my bp is very high despite my being on medication. I have to monitor my bp for a couple of weeks, would have liked more discussion on why it is so high

Yapton and Middleton Surgery. Are the best surgery i have ever been with . The receptionist staff doctors and nurses are always helpful and friendly they always have time to help you. I'm so happy to be part of there practice.The surgery is always lovely and clean. Keep doing what you do Avisford.Five Stars every time.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff from the cleaners to the senior partner are helpful making you feel welcome. They engage with you on a personal level. Not just as a patient/medical issue. The best thing I ever did was to join the practice. I have attended appointments at both Yapton and Middleton surgeries. The high standard is the same at both.

Just keep on doing what you are now.
