Not always easy to get blood test appointment (Middleton) but can normally get in if I book as soon as I know I need a test. This was a retest which they managed to get me a cancellation over at Yapton as soon as they were aware. Reception staff both surgeries are excellent

Amazing practice, The receptionists are always so polite and happy to help, could not fault them at all. Never have to wait long in the morning to call and get an appointment either. Doctors and nurses are also amazing… couldn’t ask for a better doctors practice. Thank you ☺️

Getting through on the phone is difficult. But one learns to hang on and be patient For aging patients unused to mobile phones etc it must be incredibly hard I suggest a special route to book appointments for specific elderly patients
