Cannot give 5 stars but I can always get an appointment within an acceptable time frame

No , my only issue on previous visits was that disabled car parking was full with not all disabled badge holders

It took 20 minutes to get through on the phone but once I did, I got an appointment (blood test) immediately.

More people on the phone in the morning (I realise this may not be possible, but the system requires me to say something here)

Personally I have never had a problem getting an appointment at the time of calling and the staff are always helpful.
