The team at Avisford are always polite and helpful.

I overheard ‘other (elderly) patients’ complaining at the shortage of ‘magazines’ in the waiting room. It matters not to younger patients as they will go nowhere without their phones. Maybe we should ask all patients their preference?

Took more than one call to make the appointment and this was during the non urgent part of the day. Second time I was 3rd in the queue but it still took 16 mins to get answered.

Got my name right!? I have a first name and a surname, just like everyone else. Why does everybody have to switch the two???

First class from everyone in the centre we have found Avisford very good since we moved to the area 15 months we have been able to get appointments when needed for myself and my wife
