Phoned at 8.30 am to find out that your 37th in queue eventually when you get through 45 minutes later all appointments have gone. Told to phone back the following day and I have to go through the same process again.

Need more receptionists and phones.

Couldn't wait for 44 other calls to be answered before mine the first time tried for an appointment. The second day, I waited over half an hour but did get an appointment. Reception staff are doing their best. I have since used econsult and it was very efficient.

Sometimes, appointments for menstrual symptoms need to be on a certain day of the month but staff are unable to book appointments for example in 2 weeks time.

Normally long queues on phone to make appt, OK if you have time to wait in line

This visit everything was fine, nurse friendly, helpful and caring to avoid hurting me during my surgery wound check
