Waiting too long for an answer on the phone.

Nurse unable to get blood sample & I was requested to attend St Richards Hospital. I think the nurse should have made appointment for me whilst I was in the surgery.

I’m very happy with the service I get from this surgery .Everyone is polite and helpful .

I try not to bother the surgery often but I don’t think there’s anything you could do better , other than the phone is sometimes a bit trying as just before your turn comes after waiting ages the phone cuts off .

Reception team are wonderful! They must be so very busy but never make me feel rushed. Julie the nurse is fantastic! Don’t often need to see the doctors but I’ve never had any problems in the 47 years( is it really that long?!) I have been a patient. Thanks everyone!
