I found it far better to come to the surgery and talk to the receptionist about appointments and concerns

Nothing except the doctor did tell me he was going to call me last night to get a blood pressure update, but didn’t call.

I have only just joined this practice and everyone was welcoming and amazing

I had to hold on for about 45 minutes before a receptionist answer. My phoned last week to get an appointment and she had to hold on for 1.20 minutes. Could you please highlight this issue with our surgery.

Staff were brilliant when I eventually got through. Receptionist was extremely helpful and very friendly and Alison was brilliant in arranging the jabs needed for our holiday.

The only thing I could fault was waiting 35 mins to get through.

Impressed that I can always get an appointment and everyone is so helpful

I did have a problem with one of my prescriptions which was actioned at the surgery but never made it to the pharmacy so had to reorder
