See all of the above. I couldn't get better care anywhere else. The receptionist answered promptly and gave me a quick appointment. The HCA Mrs Davies was compassionate and caring.

Phone waiting about 10 to 15 minutes but very good when answered.

I've only just discovered the App. which was very useful. Especially to find that my recent tests showed nothing to worry about. Could anything be done to encourage more use of the App? Advertising it more? Encourage using Email to request advice about symptoms?
