I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Nurse Joanna Zehetner and Dr. Mishra for their outstanding care during my recent appointment. I was very worried about my health, but meeting Nurse Joanna immediately made me feel calmer and more supported. Her warm attitude, clear explanations, and genuine concern truly reassured me. Dr. Mishra also provided excellent guidance and professionalism, giving me confidence in the treatment plan. I am deeply thankful to both of them for their kindness, dedication, and exceptional healthcare.

Let me start that I have been living in Merton for the past 3 years, not once was I happy with the service provided. The doctors simply don't care, they are much more worried in fullfiling the 10 minutes slot. Who cares about the patient. My previous GP was amazing, before I moved here and at least they allowed to book 20 minutes slots or two appointments at the same time. I had to do urine and stool tests in separate occasions and when I deliver the samples to the reception they simply don't have a refrigerator to put it, so they leave it on the side in a box. On top of this, only a few days per week the samples get collected to get analysed. That means many times my samples just sat there for couple days (at least) at room temperature. How do they expect these samples to be in any condition to get analysed and provide accurate results? For months I was wondered what was wrong, only going private was I able to find out my problem. Next, I had being referred to another doctor, in which he referred me to St. George's Hospital for an appointment there (pre-surgery). Now it has been 9 months and I am still waiting to be seen at the hospital. Been in pain for some years (back and forth), and finally managed to get there only to arrive at a false hope. It's obviously impacting my work and life balance a lot. It's ridiculous to wait such amount of time for an appointment. I have been chasing the GP and the hospital to no avail. Nobody cares to HELP or intervene. Just follow the norms, no matter who suffers. It shouldn't be my job to chase all the parties involved. It is a waste of my time and sanity. Is this really the best NHS can do? No direction, letting the patients wandering around waiting forever for a letter in the post? It is time the system changes, letters in the post is a recipe for disaster. The government is letting NHS die. I urge you to find another GP.

Great booking system (patient.co.uk), efficient reception. Have seen only the one GP here though, and he was lousy. YMMV.
