Very friendly team of GP's at this practise. Special kudos must be given to Dr Baig, Dr Kiran Sharma, Dr Adil who are very kind, caring and willing to promptly advise you on the required treatment or refer you to specialists.They are also very easy to get hold over the phone, should you require any advice without being able to visit the surgery/ require repeat prescriptions. Dr K Sharma is very sweet, friendly, patient and takes time to listen to your concerns without rushing you out of the consultation room within ten minutes. I have received superb service from them all so far. There are a handful of smartphone apps using which you can book appointments online at the surgery very smoothly and promptly which is absolutely brilliant. Only drawbacks - not all of the receptionists are friendly, some even frown when you come over. Sometimes the surgery closes slightly earlier than the advertised times, the reception is closed between 1:30-4:30pm everyday hence you have to ring them avoiding those times. Very satisfied patient overall though.
