This was one of the most challenging staff experiences I have encountered in the UK. I found the situation extremely stressful to manage, largely due to ongoing communication difficulties. I would appreciate the opportunity to explain my concerns in person and provide full context, as I believe this would allow for a fair and balanced understanding of what occurred.

Outstanding care

Long wait to get an appointment to see the doctor, just been told that i have type 2 diabitese prior to that i have been having severe heart palpitations was advised to see the nurse for HP monitor to be fitted at the weekend and 3 time i turned up for my appointment and was told that the monitor was not available we will call you when one turns up in near future. Three months has gone by and the nurse has not been in touch.
