Firstcare Practice

Is the worst GP practice I have ever seen in my life , doctor’s doesn’t care about patience, I’m pregnant and I have called them more than 2 weeks as I’m not feeling well and from the emergency they sent me to GP , however GP hasn’t called me even now after so many calls and have advised the receptionist that I’m not feeling well , nothing from their site . The only answer you can get from reception is “ I don’t know , I’m not sure , I do understand “ , so great staff and I think Gp is similar. I hope tomorrow I can change the GP and never I don’t want to hear anymore about these horrible people !!!

I had severe pain in my right hand side lower abdomen and was referred to this surgery by 111 services. Was attended by Dr. Ivor Singh. And I must admit he diagnosed and adviced of the issue. He explained me well as to what may have caused it and provided the necessary prescription. Additional he printed out the summary and the plan as to hi ow to go about. It was a memorable experience considering I was still in the ordeal of pain. DR. IVOR SINGH, DEFINITELY 5
