I had occasion to report to them about one of their patients who had become aggressive and incoherent, I told Reception to be careful as they were aggressive, and I would be obviously put in danger....Whatever happened, they did not respect this fact or adhere to NHS policy and put me in extreme danger as I was subsequently threatened by their patient, who clearly had not been treated for their condition, seemed to know who had contacted them, and I was harassed by the patient and their family for the next year. The whole family had drink and emotional problems and clearly the surgery seemed oblivious to this. I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the lack of vigilance by this surgery and the fact they put people in danger of aggressive patients by disregarding confidentiality, I had to involve police over a long period of time. Still to this day this patient roams around with a malevolent air, her character changed dramatically along with other signs of deteriorated mental health, and still no one has addressed her issues to my knowledge. Very irresponsible. I hope they read this and start addressing serious issues with some of their patients instead of getting chummy with them and pretending everything's alright.
