Dr Goel Snr reacted to a problem I had and in no time at all surgery removed a cancer. Great service.

Lovely surgery with caring staff. I have not had any problems getting an appointment. The care they give to myself and my family is exceptional. I never feel rushed. All the doctors are caring, professional and thorough. Highly recommended.

After moving to new Malden 6 months ago I needed to find my new GP. I went to ALL the clinic in New Malden and had an awful welcome. None of the receptionist where smiling or did not have the time to answer to any of my questions. simply because as they said they were to busy. I was speechless of such an awful welcomed. Then I tried the last one Roselawn Surgery, a family business. As I entered I was immediately welcomed with an amazing smiling by the 2 receptionists. They explained perfectly the process of registration and the good care that the Doctors are providing to each patient. I had my first checked with the nurse as lovely and professional as the receptionist. Due to a problem in the past and a low blood pressure she booked me an appointment with one of the doctor in the same afternoon and offer me a full check the same week as well as a quit smoking interview with a doctor. In the afternoon I saw the doctor that first looked at my medical history, then asked me questions about my health, life style etc. He was the FIRST Doctor after 4 years in the UK that actually listen to me and not on his computers. He was the first Doctor that prescribed a blood test for my symptoms and not telling me that I have to drink plenty of water like the others. I cannot only says how really pleased I was with the care I have been offered today. A big THANK YOU!

I have been the patient of this surgery for the last 16 years. I am totally satisfied with the services provided by the doctors and the staff. They are polite, understanding and helpful. Doctors are excellent and discuss the treatment(s) at all stages and practice evidence based medicine. I am very pleased that I chose Roselawn Surgery since moving to London.

I have only been with this practice for about two years and I have nothing but praise for the staff and doctors. It is a very small practice and this come across in the friendliness of all concerned. I am under the care of Dr M Goal and she is a delight always smiling and easy to talk to. The appts are ten minutes but she will give you the time she and you need to sort the problem so you normally have to wait past the appt time but it is a small price to pay for the service you get. It is also so nice to find a surgery where the receptionist does not fob you off. Five stars Roselawn, well done and thank you.

I have been a patient of this surgery since the early 1970s. During this period I have seen many changes in the surgery, particularly in the ethnic mix of of the patients. The staff are extremely capable, always cheerful and helpful even when dealing with the difficult everyday situations that occur. It was one of the busiest time of year when I called the day after New Year's Day as my 1yr old son had developed an all-over body rash, the receptionist said they were full but after explaining more detail she came back and squeezed me in. I was so grateful and he is now recovering from hand, foot and mouth disease. I have never had any problems getting an appointment and I won't ever complain if I do have to wait...they do a fantastic job and have taken care of my family for many years.

I saw Dr Goel 3 years ago about a blockage in my back passage. He immediately organised a bowel cancer test at St Georges and the cause was found to be cancer. Several operations later and I am still active. I thank Dr Goel for his initiative.
