Great service all very helpful and professional

In Sept 2017 I damaged my shoulder by over hitting the ball at squash. I thought I could play through it but over the weeks it got worse and worse and playing became impossible. PSM Canary Wharf was convenient and came highly recommended by an opponent of mine who had used it for an elbow problem. I went to PSM in early December and was assigned to Ellie McKay. In the first 1 hour consultation Ellie diagnosed the problem (rotor cuff tendiropstry), gave me an estimated recovery time of 8-10 weeks and a programme of exercises to ease the problem and rebuild the strength in my shoulder/rotor cuff. Over the weeks, the exercises were altered to increase my goals. Overall everything worked out according to plan with Ellie varying her programme a little to achieve my objective of getting back on court, even if only for a friendly warm up/knockabout. In my experience everything about PSM was first class. If you are lucky enough to be assigned Ellie McKay you will get excellent professional treatment, a good sense of humour and a delight with which to spend treatment time.

The facilities and staff at Canary Wharf were exceptional. I was seen by Dr Rick Seah for an injection in my left thumb which was causing me significant pain. He was very diligent, but more importantly reassuring, in explaining exactly what would be happening and what I might expect to feel both during and immediately after the procedure.
