Ved at reception is very friendly and helpful which made the experience very welcoming and professional. She is a personable person which goes along way, especially if you're unwell and the last thing you want is a stressed and not to friendly reception. The surgery itself is very modern, clean and welcoming. There is fruit, teas, coffees and water available at no cost. The appointment times are bang on time which is great. Furthermore, you have a genuine one to one with the Dr opposed to being rushed out of the door. It is very clean and all the staff are very helpful and professional. The location is very easy to find and very accessible too.
